All of these phrases embody true feelings that people commonly possess. The sensations that follow such as shortness of breath, sweating, rapid heart beat, or the feeling that your heart is POUNDING out of your chest, feeling of being outside of yourself, the lump in your throat, the feeling in your stomach, and many other sensations and feelings are all manifestations of these feelings and the thoughts they are entwined with.

Now, you might be thinking “Okay, so all emotions are good, so then what does it mean when I feel this sudden rush that makes my chest pound and my palms sweat?” Those emotions are there to protect and preserve you.
