I would highly recommend Hypnosis to anyone who truly has

Understanding emotions and emotional control
Everybody has emotions. Emotions are chemical signals fired off by your nervous
system in response to what's going on around you. They let you know how you feel
about things - happy, angry, sad, excited, jealous. Whatever it is. And they
don't lie. These instant, instinctive responses of your body to the world are
always truthful. But not always right!
The evolution and purpose of emotions - keeping you safe
Why have we evolved emotional responses? Well, the flow of these chemicals
through your body, triggered by events and situations around you, gets you
doing something. You'll notice that the word 'emotion' contains the word
'motion', that is, movement. Emotions are there to induce action.
Basic survival depends on being able to recognize and respond to a threat. If
our lives are threatened, we need to fight, or run away. This is our most
fundamental emotional response - our 'fight or flight' mechanism. It sends a
rush of adrenaline around the body, raises your heart rate, stops your
digestion, makes your palms sweat. It's quite uncomfortable, but very effective
- in the right circumstances.

Do you ever feel that your thoughts and emotions control you, rather than
the other way round?
Sometimes, you can feel as if something bad is about to happen for no apparent
reason. As if you are about to have to do something, but you don't know what.
This sort of general anxiety or fear is usually generated by an unconscious
response to the 'misuse' of the imagination. Basically, the 'back part' of the
mind is getting the message from the imagination that something bad is going to
happen, and so creates a state of readiness in the mind and body: anxiety.
This can partly be due to experiences in the past, or a lack of an ability to
tolerate uncertainty - not knowing what is going to happen, but whatever the
reason, the mind can learn to relax and take things as they come.
And this is how this fear and anxiety session works. By enabling you to enter a
calm and relaxed frame of mind, the unconscious mind can learn to 're-set' its
responses to things back to normal, allowing you to enjoy every day with less
anxiety, and more comfort.
