Out lead Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Scott Smith, J.D., L.M.H.C. is the Owner/Director of  EFFECTIVE RESOLUTIONS-Family Assessment & Intervention Center.  Scot is specially trained to provide effective solutions customized to the individual needs of families, while minimizing the trauma associated with the difficulties in obtaining the abundance of services required by the Courts. Different situations require different services. Scott's purpose is to provide specific comprehensive services for individuals or families to fit their needs. He provides these services in one location that are focused on individuals involved in court actions.
